Con Edison Targeted Demand Side Management Program

The Con Edison Targeted Demand Side Management Program encourages business and residential customers in select neighborhoods to use less electricity by offering financial incentives for energy-saving upgrades through authorized vendors. Customers participating in this program save money and energy while helping Con Edison delay costly investments in new energy delivery equipment. Participation in this program through Clean Energy Network NY is voluntary.
